Dear Sir

Please pardon intrusion. But enclosed is a secret remedy of remarkable value for the cause of the former presidents condition.

1. The Spine (from Back of neck down entire spinal column) should be painted liberally with iodeine (Iodine) every 24 hours. After the painting, and the iodine is dried, the spine should be massaged with Almond oil to prevent smarting. The President, should diet on pure olive oil, to prevent the necessity of physic and strain on the kidneys and stomach, due to physic. Take a half wine glass of olive oil - every time hunger presents itself. This is a heroic remedy, but it takes a good man to tackle it. Avoid solid foods. Skimmed milk, instead of water, is an excellent drink, as it filters the kidneys. In connection with this treatment, the regular prescription of the competent physician should be continued minus the physic - as the destroying physic is not needed where no solid foods are taken. In a week, as a result of this treatment, the president may feel strong enough to perform certain duties, and partake of certain foods. But this should not be. Continue treatment for 6 months, at least, as far as he is able, without eating the things his appetite will call for - such as meats-eggs-vegetables-etc.

A Well Wisher-
