Text
My dear Dr. Masaryk:
I need not tell you with what emotions I read the Declaration of Independence put out by the National Council of the Czecho-Slovaks, and I think that my recent reply to Austria will apprise you very fully of my own attitude in the matter. You may be sure that my interest is deeply engaged.
Cordially and sincerely yours,
Woodrow Wilson
Dr. T. G. Masaryk,
