Text

My dear Mr. Hughes

I write to express to you my sincere thanks for the painstaking and exhaustive examination you personally gave to the aircraft production situation, in cooperation with the Attorney General. I appreciate as much as the Attorney General does the thoroughness of the investigation and feel confident that the results of it put the country in possession of all the pertinent facts.
Sincerely yours,

Woodrow Wilson
