Text

My dear Harry:

I referred your letter of April twentieth about the camp at Princeton to the Secretary of War and am sending you his reply. I am sure you will realize the conclusive force of it. He is one of the most thoughtful and at the same time one of the most practical and frank men I have had the pleasure of dealing with.
Affectionately yours,

In haste
Woodrow Wilson

P.S. I would be obliged if your would return the letter for my files.

Prof. Harry B. Fine,
Princeton, New Jersey.
