Text
My dear Brother
I know you will believe me when I say that I am genuinely disappointed that I cannot act on the suggestion of your letter of April twenty-fifth, but just so certainly as any such thing should be read, I would be obliged to have to supply similar endorsements to similar movements all over the country and I really do not dare. It is particularly hard to say this when you want me to do a thing but it is delightful to know how perfectly you will understand.
All join me in warm love to you all.
Affectionately yours,
In haste
Woodrow Wilson
