My Precious One -
I am so happy this morning, all because of the complete happiness of yesterday - it came like the benediction that follows after prayer- for my heart was so hungry for you and your wonderful love- and nothing could have been tenderer or more comprehending than you were.I am writing in a tearing hurry as Helen is coming but if I covered pages with written words they could only reiterate what is singing in my heart — I love you, I love you- and I am perfectly happy because you love me-
Always your very own,
Edith
My love to the Dr. and the hope he is better this morning - and thank him again for asking me to stay to dinner- I had such a good time
