OFFICE OF THE STATE ADMINISTRATOR
Dear Ben:
It was good to see you last week. If we had been equipped with overcoats and more time we could have covered more ground - such, for instance, as your adding machine days at 23.
I told you I would send to you a copy of a letter. I am enclosing that and a few other items relating to your father. I’m sure you’ll be amused at the “rules and regulations”, which some gag man in the office got up to distribute at a dinner your father gave us at the Metropolitan Club.
If you are in this neighborhood during working hours, I hope you will come in to see us.
