My dear Mr. President

Referring to the Executive Order of the President establishing a War Trade Board, to be composed of Representatives, respectively, of the Secretary of State, of the Secretary of the Treasury, of the Secretary of Agriculture, of the Secretary of Commerce, of the Food Administrator, and of the United States Shipping Board, I hereby nominate Mr. Beaver White, and, subject to his appointment by the President, designate him as a member of the War Trade Board, to be the Representative of the Food Administrator on said Board.
