I beg to enclose for cthe information of the President a copy of a despatch of the 26th of March from the American Chargé d’ Affaires at London, transmitting a copy of a communication received by him from the Brotherhood League and World’s Peace Propaganda, congratulating the President on his policy with respect to China.
