Attention-Mr. George Creel.
I received pamphlet, "One-hundred and One German Lies." If you could send me a supply of these pamphlets, I know where I could distribute them to good advantage.
May I ask if you do not think it good work to make a special propaganda among the colored people (I am not one of them myself). From remarks I have heard at times, I am of the impression that they (many of them, at least), are laboring under wrong and wrongful impressions, particularly in regard to the Liberty Loan just floated.
If I, a common citizen, a government clerk of the War Dept., can at any time be of service to your committee in any way whatsoever, it would give me pleasure to be called to do something.
Thanking you, I remain,
Yours very respectfully,
EL McCaslin
