Text

My dear Brother:

The enclosed is self explanatory.

Capt. A. B. Wolvin is a sea captain, ship builder and ship operator of long experience. He and Ex-Senator Towne have discussed this matter fully with me. The enclosure was handed me yesterday afternoon and I feel it is of such vital importance that it is worth your consideration. I am informed that the chap who exploited the aircraft situation in the magazines has been investigating the wooden ship situation and may also write that up. If what Woolvin says is true, I know you will agree that it is worth serious consideration to say the least of it.

With much love,

Your aff. brother

Joseph R. Wilson.
