Acknowledging the receipt of your circular memorandum of July 14, 1914, requesting to be furnished with a statement of the number of colored employees on the roll of the Board, the position held by each, and the salary paid, I beg to report as follows:

1, Laborer, $600 per annum
This employee is on duty in Washington, D.C.
