Dear Admiral
I want to thank you sincerely for your interest in the bill for our house and the society of the Cincinnati and hope for success. It is very nice of you and much appreciated, what ever the outcome. I thought perhaps you might be amused at one of Larz sketch books, a copy I had done, many of the pictures done at the end of letters to me and am also sending with all good wishes a cushion from his collection that he got in Morroco which perhaps you and your wife may find a place for in your house.
Sincerely yours
Mabel Anderson
