Text

Dear Cary

The grey cashmir topcoat from Bermuda reached me this morning and I am sending it on to you this afternoon.

I tried it on and it seems a little larger than my own, although Smith’s write that it is the same size. It may be that the refitting done on mine in Bermuda took it in a little. You will probably want to have your tailor go over the coat and refit it. I hope it will prove satisfactory.

The cost of the coat is $61.44. I have already sent my check to Bermuda for this amount and am quite prepared to let you reimburse me, if the coat is satisfactory.

My regards to all of you.

Affectionately yours,

Montie
