Dear Mrs. Anderson:-
I want to thank you for your fine letter about the Society of the Cincinnati.
Of course, I want to help you in any way I can with this noble undertaking. I shall talk with Mr. Blair about it and the first opportunity I get I shall discuss it with The President. It is a wonderful thing for you to want to do and if anything occurs to you indicating any way I may help, I hope you will not hesitate to communicate with me.
I am in the midst of a huge pile of correspondence which has accummulated during my absence so I hope you will please excuse this typewritten letter.
With kindest regards and best wishes, I am
Sincerely yours,
Cary T. Grayson
