Dear Admiral Grayson:
In completing my duties as outgoing President of the Association of Military Surgeons of the United States, I wish to thank you for the splendid message you sent to us. It was read before the assembled gathering at the opening session of our Forty-Third Annual Convention. The Resolution Committee of our Association formulated a resolution, which was passed unanimously, with regard to the point you made in your message of having Red Cross stations where traffic accidents are likely to occur.
With best wishes and thanking you for your letter, I remain,
Sincerely yours,
Wm Seaman Bainbridge
