Dear Admiral Grayson

Yours of the 29th ultimo to Mr. Waggoner to hand. Mr. Waggoner is at the University Hospital at Philadelphia where he was operated on yesterday by Dr. Frazier. Dr. Clay Johnson wired us that he came out of the operation in good condition and they expect no complications, so we are all very happy over it and hope for his speedy recovery. He has been suffering a great deal the last month with something similar to facial neuralgia and I understand that some nerve would have to be removed to relieve him and believe that was the operation that was performed.

Mrs. Waggoner and Dr. Johnson are with Mr. Waggoner and they are stopping at the Ritz-Carlton. It may be that you will be in that vicinity and I know Mr. Waggoner would be delighted if you were and would call on him. With best wishes, I am

Yours very truly,

PM Kebort
