Dear Mr. Wheeler:
Your letter of June 19th has been received in Admiral Grayson’s absence from the office. For the past several weeks he has been laid up with a severe case of Shingles, and it will be sometime before he resumes his work.
I am sure he will appreciate your usual “early summer reminder”.
Sincerely yours,
Gladys R. Newman
Secretary
