My dear Mr. Sprague:
I appreciate your recent letter very much indeed. It is most generous of you to offer to send us some of your products, and I want to thank you most heartily in the President’s behalf, as well as my own, for your thoughtfulness. I shall have pleasure in showing the interesting photograph of your cannery to the President.
I remember meeting you very well. It is a pleasure to have a line from a friend of Mr. Kettner.
With renewed thanks and with very best wishes,
Sincerely yours,
Mr. NC Sprague
