My dear Admiral

May I intrude on your good judgment by suggesting to your attention the greatest doctor in America for the latest trouble the President has developed, (prostatic), I refer to Dr. Oswald S. Lowsley, The Wyoming, 55th Street and 7th Avenue, New York City. He is a graduate of the John Hopkins, seven years under Dr. Young, and in my opinion, through his research work is more or less responsible for Dr. Youngs reputation. At present he is the head of the Urological Department of the Bellevue Hospital and the New York Hospital. He is also the man for whom the late James B. Brady bequeathed $750,000 to the New York Hospital for a special Urological Department to be under the special attention and direction of Dr. Oswald S. Lowsley.

With kindest regards, believe me

Yours very truly,

Fred Housman
