Dearest Little Stricken Heart
My thoughts have abided with you and your dear father all through the night—and I cannot refrain from sending you an assurance of my tender sympathy—and personal loss—
I know you have so many good friends to turn to that I must not rob them of the sweet right to do for you—but should there be anything I could attend to I will deem it a privilege to do it—not only for you—but for your Sainted Mother—whous going leaves us all who knew her, poor and bereft.
With all my tears and tender love—
Edith Bolling Galt
