My dear Burleson

Thank you for letting me see the enclosed. I have looked over them very carefully. It makes up a tremendous case, of course, against Mr. Hearst, but there is nothing new about that and I am sorry to say there is nothing brought out in these articles which would seem to me to prove that Mr. Hearst had overstepped the bounds of law, outrageous as he has been.Woodrow Wilsonenc.
