From Berlin to Mexico, No. 34,

An American informant asserts that Japanese in Mexico have established extensive munition factories the employees in which are chiefly German Americans. Wire report.

A handwritten note in the upper right corner reads "Page 26"; handwritten initials to the right of the date read "N.G."

A reply to this request is contained in telegram No. 22 from Mexico to Berlin dated May 2, 1917.
