My Dear President
C.
O. Frye
TULSA, OKLA., 6/15 1917 Permit me to express my appreciation of your great address on Flag Day.
Your defense of humanity, in the name of political liberty, was inspired by a broad view of human rights from a high standard of analysis and comprehension of that vital quarter.
Your fearless exposure of Prussian-intrigue—trickery and selfishness will prove a withering, crushing force to that worldwide menaceThe benificent effect will equal the efficiency of a Legion of soldiers in the great struggleThe selection of General Pershing as the pioneer leader of American forces fully vindicates your fitness as Commander in Chief of our Army and Navy.
God will save our country and bless the world under your leadership

O. Frye
