ORGANIZATION ADVISORY BOARD

That there is hereby created an Organization Advisory Board to consist of twelve members who shall be selected by the Organization Committee, one member, as near as possible, from each section of the country in which there is to be established a branch of the Federal Reserve Bank. The members of the Organization Advisory Board shall be chosen with reference to their practical banking and business experience. They shall serve without compensation, except that they shall be reimbursed for their actual and necessary travel expenses. The Organization Advisory Board shall, upon the completion of the duties of the Organization Committee, serve in a like capacity to the Federal Reserve Board, with like reimbursement for their actual and necessary traveling expenses, until the completion and of its work of organization and the beginning of actual operation of the Federal Reserve Bank, at which time it shall cease to exist.
