Dear Governor:
I enclose an original letter I dictated to you on June 13th and, much to my surprise, through some mixup in the mass of mail going out of my office, got sidetracked instead of being mailed. It is just as good now as it was then, so far as its sentiments are concerned. I earnestly hope that you are making rapid progress toward complete recovery.
