Dear Mr. Strong:
Here is a statement I gave out tonight about the cotton fund. This does not include anything from Philadelphia or Boston and only $10,000,000 from Chicago. I feel sure that we can cover the remainder by a little vigorous work, and I shall ask you to take an active hand in a day or two. I hope you are making fine progress with the bank.
