Herewith is forwarded voucher in favor of the LC Smith Typewriter Company for $5,320.00 in payment of typewriters purchased during the month of June.
There have been a great many delays in getting this voucher in shape to be paid, and the local agents of the Typewriter Company are naturally very anxious to secure payment at as early a date as is possible.
Will you please send them a check at your earliest convenience, if you find the bill in proper shape to be paid?
Very respectfully yours,
US FOOD ADMINISTRATION
