Situation regarding new wheat in this district becoming critical many country shippers here and receivers have numerous letters stating threshing becoming general they must do something and ask us what. Millers country shippers and farmers hands tied. Can’t you outline tentative plans or suggest price basis to bridge over period until legislation passed? Serious disaffection among farmers certain. Extreme congestion likely in short time, partial if not complete disruption country grain trade probable unless have something to work on next day or two. All grain firms anxious to cooperate and assist to limit our ability.
