MR. TUMULTY WHITE HOUSE WASHINGTON DC
I could be in Washington during whole day Tuesday thirtieth and would like very much if I could have an hour with the President. If this is possible would you kindly telegraph me Hotel Gtotham what time would be convenient and if there is any flexibility to President’s appointments I should like to leave Washington at three o’clock.
