My dear Mr. Conden:-

I very much appreciate your letter of May 13th.

I regret very much that you did not find Pauline in Paris on your return. According to our information she reached there on yesterday and, no doubt, by this time is arranging her affairs so that she may return home. We are certainly very anxious to see her.

I know that you must be having a wonderful experience in your air trip to Brussels and your Peace Conference, which are certainly worth while.

Mrs. Perry and Virginia are as well as usual, although they have never fully recovered from their attack of influenza. We are now expecting Pauline to return about July 1st.

Assuring you of my personal regards and with very best wishes, I am

Very sincerely yours,
J W Perry
