My dear Heath:

I have your two letters of March 12th, and shall bring to the attention of Postmaster General Burleson the one in the interest of the appointment of Charles P. Macgill as postmaster at Galveston.

I shall talk with Secretary McAdoo about Mr. W. Catesby Jones and the position of Naval Officer of the port of New Orleans.
