My dear Heath:

I have received both your letters about young Hawkins and you may be sure I will do anything that is possible. I am putting the matter in the hands of the Secretary of the Navy, who I am sure will have a big heart in the matter.

I was mighty sorry not to see you.

In haste

Affectionately yours,
Woodrow Wilson
