Text

My dear Mr. Bertron:

Thank you sincerely for your letter of February fourth. I have not yet come to the point of making a final choice of members for the Federal Reserve Board, but greatly appreciate the unselfish assistance you have rendered Mr. House and Secretary McAdoo and shall hope that if you have any suggestions which they have not conveyed to me you will feel at liberty to make them at any time directly.
I hope I shall catch a glimpse of you when you are in Washington.

Cordially and sincerely yours,
Woodrow Wilson
