Text

My dear Ford

I am heartily glad to hear that you are back and shall look forward with the greatest pleasure to seeing you.
I think that the suggestion that your report be printed is an excellent one. I do not know that I have any right to print it as a public document, but I would have a right in connection with what I delegated you to do to have it paid for out of the contingent funds of the War Department. Pray come down when you can and take the matter up.

Hoping that you are very well,
in haste
Woodrow Wilson

Prof. Henry Jones Ford,
