My dear Mr. Sullivan:

Will you not let me give myself the pleasure of expressing my deep appreciation of the “Comment on Congress” which appears every week in Collier’s? I do not know of any page that gives me greater satisfaction or more encouragement to believe that the best influences in the country are at work to sustain right and honorable things in politics.
