Text

My dear Mr. Palmer:

I had a talk the other day with a Pittsburgh editor, Mr. Moore, who seemed very much concerned about the way in which the Democratic members of the State Legislature in Pennsylvania were voting their opposition to the corrupt practices act, etc. I thought it would be wise to call your attention to the matter, because it is so important that we should at every point guard our lines and see to it that they are not broken into by the forces we have to fight at every turn.

Cordially and faithfully yours,
Woodrow Wilson
