Dear Colonel House:

I consider it almost a crime to intrude upon your valuable time and yet I feel that if you could spare a few minutes for me it may serve a great purpose. I am sure it is necessary to enlist the full and enthusiastic support of the Liberal and Labor opinion of Great Britain for the great work of the President and I hope you will help me to do so through the "Manchester Guardian".

I enclose two copies of my recent dispatches to the "Guardian".

Sincerely yours,

Michael S. Farbman

Correspondent of the "Manchester Guardian" and "Novaia Zhizn".
