Text
My dear Mr. President:
I have been back in Washington for nearly two weeks, though I arrived from Europe about a month ago. There are, of course, certain matters which I should like to present to you at your convenience if you will be good enough to have me notified when you care to see me.
Mr. Daniels is absent for a few days. Believe me,
Faithfully yours,
Franklin D. Roosevelt
Acting Secretary of the Navy.
The President.
