1918 President Wilson replies to the German note of October 12, 1918. He advises that the process of evacuation and the conditions of an armistice are matters which must be left up to the military advisers of the United States and the Allied Governments.

1914 The Clayton- Antitrust Act signed by President Wilson which prohibited price discrimination, exclusive selling or leasing contracts, intercorporate stockholdings and interlocking directorates in large corporations. It sought to restrict the use of the injunction in labor difficulties, and exempted labor, agriculture, and horticultural organizations from the operation of the anti-trust laws.

1915 President Wilson recognizes Carranza Government in Mexico. Issues a proclamation prohibiting the exportation of arms or munitions of war to Mexico except in the case of the Carranza Government.

1882 Woodrow Wilson was admitted to practice in the state courts of Georgia.
