From: Mr. Ray Stannard Baker.

Subject: Mr. George Herbert Perris, of the London “Daily Chronicle”.

1. I enclose herewith a letter from Mr. George Herbert Perris, one of the very best British correspondents. He is the representaive of the London Daily Chronicle at the Peace Conference and has a wide and influential following. If there is an opportunity, of even a few minutes, with the President, I think it would help the whole cause.
