Text
THURSDAY.
Today President Wilson went to the Hotel Crillon in the morning to attend the league of nations committee session. In the afternoon he attended the war council session while league committee continued its sessions in his absence, finally cleaning up the draft of the covenant which was unanimously approved by the commitee, thus making the President’s lucky 13th score again. Incidentally the league articles number twice 13 or 26. This completes the second month in France, the President having landed on December 13, at Brest.
