Dearest
I am going to Havre de Grace today as I want to see Mr. Burch and My Own—
I feel that I should keep a close eye on things these exciting days. Everything is fine at this end of the line and I hope all is going well with you all. I miss you—and often wish for you—to talk over the pros and cons of various situations as they arise. But it won’t be long before you and the dear little fellows will be home. My best love—
Always your devoted
