Dear Junior,-

I am enclosing herewith the prescription for the capsules for that distressed feeling in your equatorial region, of which you occasionally complain. These are the capsules that helped you during our recent visit at Hobcaw.

I would suggest that you do the following:

1. Regulate your diet, eating three well distributed meals.
2. Refrain as much as possible from eating between meals.
3. Exercise, moderately, the first thing in the morning.
4. Drink a glass of water before having breakfast.

When you feel any distress, such as tightness over the abdomen, take one of these capsules. I would suggest that you take one after meals for a period of three or four days and then occasionally when necessary.

If you will follow out these directions, I think that when you return to Hobcaw and get a chance to fire at those gobblers atgain you will let me know. At any rate, I hope you will not hesitate to write me if I can ever be of any assistance to you, professionally or otherwise.

Give my love to your father, and again let me thank express my heartfelt appreciation for the many courtesies and kindnesses to me during my recent visit.

Sincerely yours,

Cary T. Grayson
