My dear Mrs. Grayson
Miss Newman suggested that you would be interested in knowing that we have received a check for $56.00 from the ARCHITECTS’ SMALL HOUSE SERVICE BUREAU to cover the refund due you on the two plans, 6*-A- 91 and 5-D-31, which you had returned to them. Ths check has been deposited to your account.
I hope that you have not been sharing the cold, dimsmal rains that we have had for the past three days. Today’s bright sunshine is more than welcome.
Sincerely yours,
