It affords me pleasure to advise you that at the annual meeting of the stockholders of this Company held yesterday afternoon, you were by unanimous vote elected to be a member of our Board of Directors to serve as such during the current year and until the election of your successor.
The meetings of the Board are held on the third Tuesday of each month at 1:30 o’clock, pm
