Dear Sir

Mobile, Ala., February 3rd, 1924.I regret to say that the post-office returned to me tehe water and sand mailed Friday, stampted: “Unmailable”. The water was in a pint bottle inside a regular mailing tube, the tube aand bottle being obtained at a wholesale drug house, and the sand was placed around the bottle. This package has been mailed a number of times and the question of the sand being a proper absorbant discussed with the clerk and the packages accepted. As the question had been discussed before, the package was accepted without question upon being informed it was mineral water. The address was not noticed, but I presume it was later and the package returned. A woman at the next window would not accept the galvanized iron five gallon container some time ago, althouhgh such a container had been accepted many times before, because, she said, it was not full of water, and might get dented in. I enclose the wrapper. I am sorry to lean that Mr. Wilson died ayt 11:15 this morning. If it had reached him, it might have started the assimilation even then, because it is instantaneous in its action. It would have stopped auto-intoxication introduced in the loer bowel. I have tried it twice by application over my heart on my undershirt and it certainly did strengthen the action of my heart. I have thought it probable that the muscles around the heart asre sometimes hardened by uric acid, and this water is quick in its neutralization of it.

I tried to send Mr. Wilson some of the water when he was at the Pass, but the express company refused it in its customaryncontainer.

Box 704.252 St. Francis St.

Yours truly,

Geo. B. Cleveland Jr.
