Dear Sir
Noticing in this mornings bulletin that the President has been suffering from swelling of the prostate gland I have taken the liberty of having expressed to you, for his use, some Paradise Spring water. Having had the same ailment myself and attributing my recovery to the use of this water I feel that it will be of benefit in the treatment of your distinguished patient.
I understand that no merit is claimed for this water other than its very unusual purity.
With sincere raegards and hoping that our President will soon be restored to normal health I remain
Yours Respectfully
JJ Burchenal
