Dear sir

Allow me to suggest something that will help to bring the President back to perfect health in short order. It is something from my own experience.

Last year, after a severe attack of influenza, I became a total nervous wreck; but so badly that no one ever thought I would come back. My cure was, buying an automobile & driving—not riding—it myself. From the moment my hands touched that wheel, I was a new person. Within a month I had forgotten that I was ever sickIt is true that I happen to be mechanically inclined & knew how to handle a car, but I believe the President could do the same. In fact, one of the things that helped me was the engrossing interest in tinkering with the car—A trial of this method, I am sure, will bring equally pleasant results.

Very sincerely,

Leo Blumenfeld
