Dearest Trudie

My horseback party turned out successfully. There were ten present. We had supper at the Riding & Hunt Club. Demont’s ice cream, but, unfortunately no ham. Archie Randolph came in for supper. He spent the night at Mr. Ross. Enquired very especially for you, and the boys, and left for home to-day on the two o’clock car.

Don’t forget to let me know your decision as to whether you are motoring to Saratoga Springs or by train,? as I have to engage accommodations on the train. We had a fairly good rain yesterday. How is Cary’s cough?

Dearest love to you all—

As ever—
